IonKraft

We are a spin-off from the Institute for Plastics Processing (IKV) at RWTH Aachen University. Our mission is to make plastic packaging recyclable with the help of plasma coating technology. Plastic barrier solutions like multi-material containers compromise recyclability and cost for functionality. IonKraft coatings can deliver better performance for less costs, without compromising on recyclability. Furthermore, we enable re-use and reduction of material with our coatings. Financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy Germany (BMWi) we are bringing the technology to market.
